Kayla Austria

Associate Clinical Social Worker #101376

Supervised by Renaldo Moodie, LMFT #125865 at Payton's Place Safe Space.

Female. Filipina. Christian/Catholic.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions—especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Many of my clients come from underserved communities and carry the weight of intergenerational trauma, systemic injustice, or childhood instability.

Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach grounded in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness, I help clients reconnect with their resilience, gain emotional clarity, and build healthier relationships.

Whether you're healing from the past, adjusting to new roles, or seeking support in your relationships, I offer a safe, validating space. You don’t have to do it alone—I’d be honored to walk with you.
